The appointment request facility is designed for any health professionals (e.g. social workers, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, opticians, dentists, hairdressers etc.), who wish to visit the home to discuss and/or attend to the needs of the service user residing at Mulberry Court Care Home. Once the appointment request has been completed and submitted, you will receive a confirmation within 24 hours.
General Practitioners, District Nurses, Family, Next of Kin and any regulatory agencies who are performing audits, do not require appointments prior to visiting the home.
All visitors to the home are requested to observe protected meal times and avoid visiting the home between the following hours each day.
